Adult Aquatic Programs

Swimming is one of the best exercises you can do to strengthen, tone and invigorate your entire body – without putting any stress on your joints.

So, splash out with a few refreshing lengths, an invigorating Aqua Aerobics class, or if you’re looking to improve your technique, sign up for some lessons to pick up valuable tips from our qualified swimming instructors.

Winter 2012 Adult Aquatic Programs

Adult Therapy Swim
Enjoy a nice swim in our 4 ½ foot deep therapy pool with swirl pool jets, warmed to approximately 92 degrees.

Adult Swim Lessons
Our adult swim lessons are drop-in for members, with no registration required. Come out and enhance your swimming skills.

Ai Chi
This is Tai Chi, aquatic style. Slow, controlled movements using the water as resistance to gently condition, strengthen and rejuvenate your soul.

Aquafitness (All levels)
A full body workout in the water! Transitional water work out.

Aquamoves
This program is great for people who want to manage bone and joint pain, or who want to continue recovery from an injury in conjunction with, or following therapy. Please see the Welcome Desk for registration and forms.
