YMCA Food Centre

Hours: Monday, Wednesday’s and Friday’s 10am to 1pm

Who can come? Individuals and families who live in our service area can use our food bank once a month. Please contact the YMCA to see if you are in our service area.

What to bring? In order to register with the food bank, people must bring their Medicare and a piece of ID that has their name and address on it. They also need to bring Medicare and ID for anyone else who will be sharing the food with them.

How does it work? People can come to the food bank once each month - for example, once in January, once in February and so on.

There is also a ReConnect Outreach Worker on site to meet with people visiting the food banæk and to check on how they are doing and if they require further assistance beyond food
